It's being reported that Billingsley has taken Schmidt's spot in the rotation.
He has ace stuff and he has relief and starting eligibility.

Lincecum's peripherals are fine. Billingsley does not have the upside that Tim does. Once he gets the ball over, he'll be back to awesome.
