Intersting article on former major leaguers playing with Long Island Ducks
pretty good article about former major leaguers who play for the Long Island Ducks of the Independent League. A few of these are former Reds Danny Graves, John Riedling, and Ed Yarnall. Very intersting read as Edgardo Alfonso still feels like he can help and major league club and so does damian rolls.http://sports.espn.go.com/espn/page2...earlman/070621

I was just about to post this but you beat me to it. Really interesting read. We'll see how it goes for those guys but I doubt we'll be hearing from many of them again.
After checking out the teams website most of these guys have pretty awful stats for any league. Graves is doing ok and Lance Davis has had 2 good starts. One interesting person is Junior Spivey.
