For those who like to watch the game, but listen to the radio call...

...you know there's a delay. That delay can become rather annoying. I wish we could do something about it, but at this time, we can't.

I'm watching the Pirate feed and listening to the Poofy haired one right now, Matt. It takes a couple of minutes pausing and restarting the dvr to sync it up.

Depending on how far away from the transmitter, and how fast your cable system is, it can sync up "live". 1150 AM out of Lima will sync up with DishNetwork for me.

Now that I have XM and MLB.TV, the radio is about 30 seconds ahead of my TV thanks to the lag of Internet streaming. With that much of a difference, I've found that it makes it much easier to do other things while watching a game. I hear it happen on the radio and then I can go look at it on TV. Very few plays in baseball take longer than 30 seconds to unfold.
