Re: For Batters and Pitchers, what's the key stat?
As far as starting pitchers I like guys who have a lot of innings and lots of wins, I dont really look to much into the other stats. I like my relievers to get a lot of K's and not a lot of hits.

Dont look at wins for pitchers. For the most part, the starting pitcher has no ability to win a game unless they are throwing a complete game shut out and hititng a home run in the process. In the minor leagues, innings is also something I don't put much into for starters, becuase its all dependent on age for how many innings a guy is going to be throwing.
