Worst Reds starting pitcher you ever saw?

Who was the worse Reds starter pitcher you ever saw over a full season? I mean you knew by the third inning to the game was done. I know Milton's is the fan's choice, I was trying to think of some other horrible guys.

Dumatrait did a hell of a job in the limited time he saw this past year.

I actually don't like the way Harang stares.

The really bad ones didn't make it a full season, Paul Wilson in 2005 comes to mind

Jimmy Anderson was pretty bad. Dave Williams was awful as well. Joe Mays might be even worse than those two guys. Brian Moehle is also on the list.

Danny Graves as a SP was pretty painful.

Re: Worst Reds staring pitcher you ever saw?

Danny Graves pitched a four-hit shutout as a starter. It amazes me how many bad starters still had some good games. Even Jeff Austin had a couple of decent games.

I don't see how the 2005 Eric Milton can be topped. Ramon Ortiz and Ryan Dempster were pathetic, but I don't think they quite reached Eric Milton's suckitude over an entire season.

Tim Pugh was two outs away from a no-hitter. He finished with a one-hitter, though.

Re: Worst Reds staring pitcher you ever saw?

I know he wasn't actually terrible, but in my 8 year old brain, Scott Scudder was the worst pitcher in the history of baseball. And he had an ugly baseball card to boot!

In reality, I think Jimmy Haynes takes the cake.

I don't know that anyone has been as brutal as 2-1/2 years of Milton.

The 2005 version of Paul Wilson was the worst.
