Yeah, but I had to look it up. Seen it a million times, but never knew the siginificance of it.

About how far would he have been hitting that one iron?

My dad's favorite joke- What do you do if it starts to lightening on the course? Pull out your one iron and hold it in the air. Even God can't hit a one iron.

IIRC he was hitting it 240. I'll see if I can find the yardage.

Ardmore, PA.

US Open.

225 Yards.

He thought he had 200 to carry. Turns out he had 215 to carry. Made the 2 putt for par, his 36th hole of the day.
