Yeah, to waivers, and somebody else in the league who isn't a Reds fan has higher priority and is going to get him!

Re: Cueto has been added to Yahoo leagues

I put in waiver claims on both my teams, but I'm way too low on the list to get him.

I don't like the way Yahoo leagues deal with rookies!

Sadly in my ESPN league was available from the get go and I choose not to pick him up when I placed BJ Ryan on the DL. I wanted to give him a start or two.

Re: Cueto has been added to Yahoo leagues

I have the #1 waiver spot in only one of my leagues, so I'm guessing that is the only league I'll be able to pick Cueto up in.

I am going to drop Ramon Hernandez and go with no catcher for now, until I can make a trade to free up a roster spot.

Once picking up Cueto, my starting pitchers will be:

Smoltz
Maine
Felix Hernandez
Lincecum
McGowan
Westbrook
Cueto

My relievers are: (HLDs are a stat)

Capps
Gregg
Sherrill
Marmol
Heath Bell

I'm going to try to see if I can package Westbrook and Gregg to get a top closer...

That would open up a spot to either pick a catcher back up or have a spot open for Smoltz to come of the DL.

Thoughts?

Westbrook had a good start tonight, no? Perhaps let him build back up that trade value...

Re: Cueto has been added to Yahoo leagues

I tried to draft him during the Yahoo draft only to find he wasn't available. Kind of makes me mad cause I'm so low priority in both leagues I won't get him.

I got him in one league. Missed him in another. I'm still waiting on my last two.

Ditto. I'm so pissed he wasn't in the database earlier, I wanted to draft him.
