He still has a few things to work on with his game, just like every 21 year old.... but he is good enough now to help out every major league team.

Are those in order? Vitters at 30 seems pretty darn high. He is still young, but he wasn't looking so hot last year.

Yeah, those are in order. The problem with the Milb.com Top 50 is they only ask guys to vote for a top 30. They then tally the points up. If just 1 guy is real high on someone, it skews the process big time.
