Phillips can hit LH but he sure looked weak in that AB....lazy swing against that changeup...and it was high. Only 1 pitch out of the three were strikes.

It was the throw that janish made which got Jenkins that was incredible ....Jenkins could not believe it.

Phillies really seem to be attacking Bailey early in the count -- to their detriment so far. I wonder if he's just in the zone more or if there is a concerted effort?

Games are won on run differential -- scoring more than your opponent. Runs are runs, scored or prevented they all count the same. Worry about scoring more and allowing fewer, not which positions contribute to which side of the equation or how "consistent" you are at your current level of performance.

Is it strange that only 2 pitches has been higher than 86 MPH today? Something doesn't jive there.
