1. Offspeed taken for strike 1. Offspeed lined out to third base. 2. Fastball bunted foul. Fastball on the outside corner for strike 2 taken. Fly out to CF for out #2. 3. Missed the first pitch, it was a strike. Ball outside. Soft grounder to Rosales to end the inning.

I've said it before and I'll say it again- Thompson needs to remain in Louisville for the rest of the season no matter what. Let him compete for a rotation spot in Spring Training a la Cueto this year. Keep him in AAA for the rest of the season.
