6th paragraph. I guess the guy knew what he was talking about. I'd take the 42K instead of tickets to the all-star game and some bats and jersey. I'd say the commission was 10% and taxes at 25% so that leaves you with about 30K plus or minus doing the math in my head. Tickets to the home run derby and all-star game for 2 people plus 2 nights in New York could not cost more that 3K. The stuff Griffey offered, like a bat, ball, jersey signed, etc. can be bought for let's say 2K. So the guy still came out ahead 25K plus or minus....
