Nah. I was thinking of pitcher who actually retires hitters.

But then this is the Reds.

Cordero was the worst big money spent buy Krivsky. What a joke.

Re: reds vs cards 8/17

Everyone here expecting the Cards to tie it up, myself included. That, ladies and gentlemen, is what 8 years of Reds baseball has programmed us to expect.

The Red Sea parts: Cordero Ks a premier hitter.

I think I hear the eight-headed dragon and the hoochy of Babylon at my door.

Re: reds vs cards 8/17

No one ties it, thank goodness. I'd start smoozing Cordero now to lift that no-trade clause and start shopping him to dang near anyone who will take him.

Re: reds vs cards 8/17

EE goes to home on a grounder with a 7-3 lead....playing like it is a one run game, and, with Coco out there, it is like that...

Coco Ks Ankiel...game. 7-3 Reds.

Cordero still does not look good at all...2 ERs in 1 inning.

Krivsky really should have to spend a night in jail for that acquisition. Like seriously.
