He has a snowball's chance in you know where of winning this thing being in the same league as Berkman, Fielder, and Pujols, but I think it's awesome that he got recognized as part of the nominees! Go Joey!!

Awesome. Votto is just a flat out stud. What a rookie season. I agree though, there is no way he wins the award, but the fact that he's up for it says a lot about his potential for the years to come.
There is the whole big fish in a small pond analogy, but come on, he is just a rook.
