Interesting page from baseball reference
I think they started delving into minor league stats withing the last couple of years. This list is a little out of date as far as currently available minor leage FA's, but it's interesting to see some familiar names.

It's worth noting that a lot of the HR leaders are from the PCL because it's such an extreme hitters league.
