Fogg back with Rockies. What if he pitches well?
Josh Fogg, who pitched well with the Rockies before having an abysmal season with the REDS in 2008, is now back with the Rockies.
If Josh Fogg pitches well in 2009, should that be the straw that broke the camel's back and send RED's Pitching Coach Dick Pole to the unemployment line? |

What if he pitches crappy, lol? At least it won't be for the Reds. I agree though Dick Pole sucks.

Re: Fogg back with Rockies. What if he pitches well?
Why does Dick Pole suck?
I don't think we really know about pitching coaches to be honest. All you can look at is results. Volquez, and Cueto came on real nice, and I know Greg Maddux often talks about what a good coach he was, Again, i don't really know, i just don't see how we can say he's terrible. |

fogg pitching well is about as likely as the nationals winning the world series in 2009.

He pitched terrible for us. I'm glad he's gone. I don't care what he does for Colorado. He is puss.

Re: Fogg back with Rockies. What if he pitches well?
Josh Fogg might have been the worst pitcher in Reds history. He made Matt Belisle look like Johan Santana. Undoubtedly, he will win the Cy Young with the Rockies.

Nothing he threw had any hope of getting anyone out. I can't believe we wasted any innings on this guy instead of developing a Bailey or Maloney or anyone with any type of future. Fogg made me sick.

Re: Fogg back with Rockies. What if he pitches well?
He was a batting practice pitcher with Cincinnati. Known commodities, even known MEDIOCRE ones, can and will last a long time in MLB. Any success he's had once upon a time will probably continue to land him employment for the next 3-5 years, no matter how long ago it was
