Unless Pujols has some sort of a catastrophic ending to his career, he makes that list easily...Though right now, it's prolly too early.

Foxx is for sure top 3. He greenburg and gehrig are hands down the top three 1b of all time, after that I could understand arguments. I have:
1. Gehrig
2. Foxx
3. Greenberg
4. Dan Brouthers
5. Eddie Murray
6. Ernie Banks
7. Buck Leonard
8. Willie McCovey
9. Harmon Killebrew

Ernie Banks can't be on firstbase list he is on MLB Network as 4th best Shortstop.

Re: Top 9 Firstbaseman all time by self& Chuck

I'm not sure Carew should be included seeing he spent half his career as a 2b man

As far as fielders go there was none better than Wes Parker. Then there was Willie Stargell, and then of course Pujols.

I'd remove Greenberg, Carew and maybe Perez. Insert Stargell and Puhols. Greenberg's stats were really no better than Garvey's or Hodges'

I don't care that Pujols is still relatively young, if he retired today, I'd put him easily Top 5 . . RIGHT NOW.

Pujols is an absolute stud. For his career he has a 1.049 OPS and a 170 OPS+ He is the best RH hitter I have ever seen and, he is above average with the glove as well.

Top 3 1B of all time.

I agree that Pujols is Top 5 right now. Best hitter in the game hands down from the start. It's amazing how deep the NL Central is at first. Pujols, Berkman, Fielder, Votto, Lee, LaRoche. A stranglehold on talent.
