2009 Lineup
For sake of discussion, with the current Reds roster what would your lineup be this season?
vR: Taveras CF Dickerson LF Votto 1B Encarnacion 3B Bruce RF Hernandez C Gonzalez SS vL: Taveras CF Keppinger SS Votto 1B Phillips 2B Bruce RF Encarnacion 3B Gomes LF Hernandez C I think Hairston will find his way into the lineup against lefties a lot in some fashion as well. Ideally WillyT wouldn't be leading off, but I'm not even going to bother to ask that to happen. |

Re: 2009 Lineup
My roster? Do I need to be realistic (i.e. play Willy Taveras)?

Re: 2009 Lineup
Okay. I'll be realistic with the lineup but not the order:
vR: LF Dickerson 3B Encarnacion 1B Votto RF Bruce SS Gonzalez C Hernandez 2B Phillips CF Taveras vL SS Keppinger 2B Phillips 1B Votto 3B Encarnacion LF Gomes C Hernandez RF Bruce CF Taveras

Re: 2009 Lineup
Why don't we assume Corey Tavaras is leading off and playing CF and Adam Dunn isn't coming back so we don't have another thread debating the pros and cons of those players.

Re: 2009 Lineup
I think Dusty has some man-love for the guy. I expect him to have 300+ PA this year.
Just a hunch.
