09 World Series Predictions

Although the Yankees have made big moves I still don't see them winning the Series yet.

Dodgers vs. Indians

Dodgers in 5

What so funny about that? The Yankees have the horses to make the series.

Padres vs. Royals

Series called after two games--no winner decided.

Re: 09 World Series Predictions

Marlins vs. Red Sox

I picked the Marlins because of their young talent, and there is always a team to get to the World Series that completely shocks everyone. Plus, I really like Hanley Ramirez. He's a fantastic player.

Reds - Indians

Reds win in 7

I make the same prediction every year. Hopefully it will come true once in my lifetime.

If you can't convince yourself, no matter the odds, that your favorite team can and will the World Series every year, then I see no reason to be a fan, but that is just me.

Re: 09 World Series Predictions

Reds/ Twins.
Twins pitching is going to be good and it is young. The team is solid on the field too. The White Sox were lucky to beat them out last year. They won't this year. The Rays are nice, but the Twins will be better. (The Twins scored 10 off the Reds yesterday without Mauer or Morneau.)The Yanks and Red Sox old. The Angels could give them problem as could the Indians in their own division.

The Reds will surprise everyone, including the Cubs.
