March 9: Game 2 of the 1976 World Series, when the Reds' beat the Yankees 4-3 at Riverfront Stadium on Oct. 17, 1976.

Wow. Great game. For those that missed it, the Reds won. I know I probably ruined it for a few that Tivo'd it.

Did anyone notice how bad the video was until the bottom of the 9th??? I guess for highlight purposes, they cleared up that part but left the rest in not so great shape...

Did anyone TIVO and record Game 2 of the 1976 World Series onto DVDs? It would be neat to add this game to my collection which includes Game 4 of the 1976 World Series and all four games of the 1990 World Series on DVDs, which of course the Reds won!

Totally missed this thread. I was at that game with my Dad. Froze my ass off! I think it was Morgan Catfish walked to get to Perez, one of the greatest clutch hitters of all time. When the Big Dog left the on-deck circle I knew it was all over. Talk about the classic stare down, batter to pitcher.............
