The 5PM game is also on the CBS College Sports network if you get that.

American is up 10 on Villanova at the half. Good games going on in all 4 regions right now.

Michigan was up 16 on Clemson earlier this half and now have not hit a shot in over 5 minutes and the lead is down to 3 with about a minute left.

Villanova leapfrogged American and is now in front.

Re: Your 2009 NCAA Tournament Thread

CBS coverage is starting to get really annoying. We had the Western Kentucky/Illinois game on, and it goes to a media timeout. After the media timeout, CBS decides to go to UCLA/VCU ... and 30 seconds later that game goes to a media timeout.

It's just nonstop commercials now, and all CBS is doing is bouncing back-and-forth between games to feed even more commercials over.

Re: Your 2009 NCAA Tournament Thread

I'm 14 of 16. I missed BYU too. Mainly because they were hyped so much (even as far as beating UConn)... I also went with VCU upsetting UCLA, but missed out by 2 pts.

Re: Your 2009 NCAA Tournament Thread

I somehow managed 16 out of 16 in the Redszone league.

BYU hasn't won a tourney game since like 94 so that was a gimme. VCU was the obvious Cinderella this year and were picked during the seedings to beat UCLA. That never works out. Close game though. Purnell and Tubby are prone to upsets.

Watch me go 8 for 16 today!

Re: Your 2009 NCAA Tournament Thread

11 of 16 for me. VCU, BYU, Clemson, Butler, and the Fighting Tubbies all let me down.

At least I am tied with Barack Obama.

13 out of 16, but still in very good shape since all my Sweet 16 teams are still alive.

Same with me. I heard yesterday that Oliver Purnell hasn't won an NCAA game while at Clemson? If that's true then I made a bad pick on that one.
I missed on VCU and Butler for the other two.
