Random Thoughts
I wonder if in 10 years lots of ballplayers will be having Aaron Boone surgery.
Shouldn't Tampa Bay, Florida and Arizona have to do their spring training in Cleveland or Milwaukee? When a pitcher who's "just working on a few things" faces a batter who's "just getting his timing down," who wins? What's a sandlot and how come no one plays baseball in them anymore? Will the mortgage crisis create more space for neighborhood kids to play baseball? Too bad there's not an eBay for when you want to "shop" a ballplayer. You don't really have too many candidates for a position if three of them aren't going north. Cliche of the week: "Team A has no answer for Player B." It's the new "Wants no part of." |
