Reds take Daniel Tuttle, RHP, from a North Carolina HS.
MLB.com scouting report reads like Josh Ravin's- Ravin was taken in the same round a couple years ago. Lots of velocity, plus slider, inconsistent command. Unorthodox delivery with trouble repeating mechanics. |
