It is good news to see Buck back on the hill. Given the strides other pitchers in the minors have made in the last six weeks, it would be icing on the cake if buck can pitch healthy and with command from here to the end of the season.

Sarasota breaks out the heavy lumber with 7 more in the second. Soto a three-run bomb (#5). Sarasota leads 9-0 after 2. Rafael Gonzalez on the hill for Sarasota.

Carolina still tied up at 2 heading into the 7th. Henry 3 for 3. Alonso 1 for 2 with a sac fly. Watson comes on for Buck and pitches 2 hitless innings walking 1 and fanning 3.

Ok just like Alonso, Heisey has now proved long enough that he deserves the promotion. Of course they dont have a place for him up there really though.

Agreed. Time to release Lincoln demote Rosales, call up Stubbs and Sutton, and promote Heisey and Fraizer to AAA
