07/01/01 Reds vs. *****s
Hopefully Cueto can get the Reds back on the winning track.

Re: 07/01/01 Reds vs. *****s
It's fairly clear the Reds are going to throw up a 10 spot tonight.....but 5+ ERA guys have been there poison lately. That was before the return of king Joey however.
I'll go with a 10-1 rout for the Reds tonight.

Gee! I'm torn between watching Dusty's boys or Seinfeld. Never thought it would come to this.

With Garland hitting a solo shot? I took my Dad to the Father's Day game against the White Sox when Garland comes to the plate. I told a Sox fan next to me "Watch, this guy will hit a double" After the homerun, turned to the guy and shrugged. "Hey, it wasn't a double"

Trainer to mound.
JC playing with his back/stretching a few times between pitches. Awestome.

Re: 07/01/01 Reds vs. *****s
In 2 innings: 4 walks and 3 strikeouts for Cueto. You almost never see a breakdown of pitches like this. 46 pitches (23 strikes, 23 balls)

Re: 07/01/01 Reds vs. *****s
Cueto is really favoring his back slowly walking to the dugout. He might get pulled if it doesn't loosen up between innings.

Re: 07/01/01 Reds vs. *****s
From watching Johnny rubbin', it looks like lower lumbar tightness. An area of the back I know very well.
