According to this ESPN box score, Kip Wells pitched

for the Nationals this afternoon against the Astros. I'm confused now.

That game is the resumption of a suspended game from May 5th.

Ramirez gave up one hit (which was a homer) and a walk while striking out three phillies in his one appearance (2.1 innings) this year. I'd like to see Wells pitch better then that.
