Kremchek examining Hanigan for a pain in the neck.

Does it require surgery to remove Dusty?

Reds defense gives up a "double" followed by a homer from Gonzalez

2-0 Padres

Aaron Harang is stuck with us indefinitely.

Sigh

Absolutely the worst excuse for an "ace" there is. And he almost never steps up when this club needs a shut-down performance. 2-0 Padres already? Geesh

Harang must really want to stay n Cincinnati. Actually, as Brantley mentioned, he has no choice in the matter, "He no longer is the same pitcher he was 1 1/2 years ago."

Harang should worry less about changing his facial hair before each game and more about pitching.

We could say these type of things about almost all of the Reds pitchers and hitters.

Re: 7/29/09 Reds vs Pads

How does Gonzo hit 1HR in 120 plate appearances....and then jack 3 in 7 at bats vs. the Reds?

It's a rhetorical question, I know.

Hey Bob C: the hitters aren't hitting and the pitchers aren't pitching.

Are we still "possible contenders"?

My god this franchise is all kinds of backwards.

Nothing to be done but to pay out the absurd contracts of Harang and Arroyo and try to avoid such mistakes in the future.
