Kemp got a fluke base hit in no man's land between first base and right field.

Re: 8/28/09 Reds vs Dodgers
Nice inning by Homer. I'd like his attitude to be "I've got good stuff, I'm going to pitch to contact, if the guy gets a hit, so what....I'll get the next guy". I hate seeing him run up his pitch count.

Thanks, Gameday said Kemp got a hit on a pop-up to Votto. I figured it had to be something like you described.

Agree. Maybe I'm just imagining things but I saw a little more of this attitude in his body language against Pittsburgh.

It landed maybe 3 feet out of the reach of Votto, probably 10-15 feet out of the infield directly on the line.

![]() I have a very important question that I think only I can ask tonight....DID JOEY VOTTO SHAVE HIS HEAD??!? I can tell he got a haircut but I think it's all gone. Not that this is bad but I don't remember him ever doing that before and it caught me by surprise, LOL ![]() Carry on with the other stuff.....
