Something about this group gives me a feeling that there is an upset hiding in there somewhere but I can't find it. Surely it isn't this easy is it??

I'm not going to pick it but Toledo looked very good in beating Colorado last week.

You're right I saw that and was scrutinizing Toledo. I am sure that Ohio State will win that game though, teams that lose close, often fair very well the next time. Akron and Arizona, well, I was getting some kind feeling on them, probably nothing.

Re: Weekly Big Ten Prediction Thread

I'm surprised no one has picked Minnesota over Cal. Minnesota isn't all that bad, plus they are at home and playing at noon which will feel like 9:00 AM to Cal's players. The last time Cal played a game that early was last year at Maryland where they played very sloppy and lost. I wouldn't be shocked if Minnesota wins that game.

I agree that Minn. has a chance in the game to pull off the upset. It's just hard to pick them to win against a top 10 team under any circumstances. It's certainly 1 of the games I'll be keeping an eye on this weekend.Could be a huge win for the Big 10 but in the end I feel pretty sure that Cal wins.

Indiana @ Akron. Now I'll leave it up to you to determine who would be upsetting who

Re: Weekly Big Ten Prediction Thread

Well considering Akron's a 4.5 point favorite. I'm calling the upset for IU

Oh gee thanks, IU 4.5 point underdogs (I did not need to know that ) as if I wasn’t vacillating enough over them and Akron, and that Arizona /Iowa game. Oh well, I will have to go with the first thoughts. Now which thought was first.
