Will definitely go for the Rolen/Sabo. I have a feeling that Rolen with the Reds will equal some fireworks over the next few seasons (hopefully). Might go depending on the fans choice.

Memorial Day weekend 2002 vs. the Braves, I'll never forget it. I knew we would lose the game that night so I wanted to at least make sure I got my JB bobblehead. The franchise was so ignorant though they only handed out 10,000. Needless to say when I got there driving in from West Virginia there were at least 25,000 fans lined up at each gate at Rivorfront...however when they opened the gates NO ONE was standing in line in the middle. So I told my wife hey lets go through that one. As we were going through the gate everyone in those lines were screaming at us, but hey the gate was OPEN and no one was in it. My wife actually got attacked by some crazy old man that grabbed her arm and said you're not going in there, I was already in jumping up and down like an idiot saying I got it I got it! Eventually the old man turned loose and she got through and got hers, not before she started screaming at me saying she was going to sell her bobblehead! People were offering her up to 75.00 for it. Again like an idiot I said no that will be worth money save it for our kids. She said what about yours for the kids? I said like an idiot THATS MINE!!! Because of that game she hates bobblehead nights...although we have been back for Eric Davis, Barry Larkin, Bronson Arroyo, Tony Perez, and Joey Votto BH nights!

I like bobbleheads and would love a Bench bobble head, but hate the bobblehead fans-the ones who only go to games on bobblehead night but wont see them there the rest of the season.

I totally agree. I collect them but also go to way more non promotional games. I was lucky enough to get a Pete Rose but still don't have JB.

I wish they would start giving out like 10,000 or 15,000 again.... It gives a little more value to the bobblehead

When all is said and done, the value is really minimal unfortunately

I wish they would give all fans in attendance one so the "dealers" dont snag em all up and the real fanbs have to pay the profit prices to them to get their own.
