Interesting that Freeman is ranked above Alonso. Must be the age.

Yeah, I found that a bit interesting. I have heard concerns that Freeman may not develop the power that would be needed for a typical 1B (25-30 HR power), so that ranking did surprise me. Strong plate discipline from that kid though.

He wasn't a good enough prospect to be listed. This league was full of the best of the best in all of the minor leagues. Some very good guys didn't make the list. Heisey is one of them.

I was more surpirsed that Leake wasn't on the list...he has the pedigree and it's that kind of list. Hmph! He'll show them...
