agree with those who state Super Mario can work with the kid to develop the changeup.

agree with those who are happy with the Reds ever expanding prescence in Latin America.

watched some videos on Chapman. very easy motion.

I'm not usually one to say "Oh so and so has two good pitches but lacks a change? Sign him, Mario will give him a plus change!". But with the language barrier, a chance to work with a coach who understands you and can develop one of your weaknesses. I think that, and the chance to play with a team with a young Latin core was a good selling point for him.
