Don't forget how worth it was though to pitch him in that extra innings game in San Diego. That one game out of 162 was HUGE.

Paul Keels. Smooth voice and there's nothing insanely annoying about him like there was Grande, but man, he just bores me to tears.

Coming late to the party. How's Harang look? I see the results, but is he missing spots? How's the slider breaking? Velocity?

Velocity is fine when he wants to throw hard, but he continues to miss over the plate and his other pitches continue to hang up in the zone or miss the zone completely.

The opposite of sharp, good, or in control.

Nice patient at bat for Rolen, gets on w/ a single up the middle.

Bruce promptly swings at two balls in the dirt to get behind 0-2

Scott Rolen knows how to play the game.

Jay smokes another one. Rolen running like he's still a Cardinal, slides into 3rd. Good stuff.

Gameday's showing both of those as being in the zone, for what it's worth.

Rocketshot by Bruce to third...eats him alive. E?

~edit~ Hmmm...gameday just adjusted the zone and now they're both showing as low.

Gomes has no business starting against a righty.

Which Gameday you looking at?? MLB.com's Gameday has both those well below the strike zone, dipping even lower into the dirt.
