Yeah, Brandon's got a beef on THAT call.

Haha you got me there, I had to check ESPN to see what the score was. BTW How awful was that strike 3 call? These umpires have not been friends of the Reds in this series.

1-2-3 down go the Reds again. I hate it when we've got a starter on the ropes early and then take our foot off the gas and let him settle in. Exactly where Morton is now...settled.

That's just mean even though I knew it had to be a joke because Houston can barely put up SEVEN runs in a game much less seventeen, LOL

Not that our offense is doing much better. Why did we let that guy off the hook early? Now he's getting horrible strike calls (what was that call on Brandon?!) and getting his breaking pitches in there. Argh.

Quite the understatement. I didn't notice that missed call last night in regards to the Nix double when the ball went in the dugout. On the replay it was clear as can be that he was about 2-3 steps PAST 2nd when the ball reached the catcher.

95 on that heater from Cueto. Best I've seen tonight.

1-2-3 Cueto! 63 pitches. I just can't get over how great he looks tonight. And it's not the Pirates. He's just really pounding the zone....a tight zone at that.

Cueto has to be taking notes from Mike Leake about how to go after hitters better. He looks awesome tonight and that's so encouraging to see from him.

I'm not sure what that says about our pitching staff & coaching staff if people are taking notes from a rook. Don't get me wrong, I'll take it...but still.
