......when they lost 5-0 and Dusty didn't talk to the media and chewed the ballclub out.
23-9 since. Unreal.

I was figuring we could go 9-5 versus MIL/ATL/CLE/PIT/HOU. We're at 9-4 with one more to play. Now, I vote we exceed my expectations by 1 win. If we do, I gotta admit: I like our chances of leaving St. Louis still in first place. And that, my friends, would be one hell of a nice way to kick off June following a remarkable month of May.... the way this team is rolling we just might leave st. louis with a 3 game lead in the standings. with a win tomorrow and 2 of 3 against the birds.

The pitching has been pretty ridiculous.
Team ERA since that date has been 3.53 Its been 3.03 since May 8th. Absolutely incredible. |
