Hope the Reds make some noise with the bats this inning to give Maloney a breather. 26-pitch inning and it is hot as anything in New York.

Exactly. Sometimes the pitcher decides. But, you can do things like step out of the batter's box a few times...small delays like that. Did Phillips do any of that? I don't have the visual.

It could be better the second time through the lineup for us, but I think we're seeing why we bunted in the first inning, trying to score w/o getting another hit.
