Bats got singles Matthews (CS) and Alonso in the first, as well as a walk from Frazier. Couldn't score though.
Jordan Hotchkiss has allowed 2 runs (1 earned) through 6 for Lynchburg who has yet to score.

Strike out, fly out, HBP so far for Volquez in the 4th. Still no hits. At 57 pitches now.

I assume they sent the Coach out there to tell Volquez to stop trying to win this game by himself and to pitch to contact...to trust his Defense.
