Buster Olney says the Reds are looking hard for a right-handed reliever
From Buster Olney's twitter:
Heard this: The Reds are looking hard for a right-handed reliever. Pure speculation: You wonder if Kerry Wood would be a good fit. http://twitter.com/Buster_ESPN

Wood is too expensive and has put up bad numbers this year. Pass.

Re: Buster Olney says the Reds are looking hard for a right-handed reliever
I want Leo Nunez from the Marlins. He turns 27 in August and is having an excellent season: 36.2 IP, 9.08 K/9, 2.21 BB/9, 2.95 ERA. Maybe the Reds can put together a package for Ricky Nolasco and Leo Nunez.

The White Sox are in first in their division with two weeks left before the deadline...

Agree wholeheartedly. Soria is worth paying a small ransom for.

Re: Buster Olney says the Reds are looking hard for a right-handed reliever
There's a lot of RH relievers out there. We should be able to come away with 2-3 and really rebuild this bullpen without increasing payroll by a significant amount.

Re: Buster Olney says the Reds are looking hard for a right-handed reliever
I wouldn't mind seeing Kerry Wood ride into town for the pennant race.
