8.4.10: Reds @ Pirates. Rubber Game
I know its early. I dont have to work tomorrow so who knows what time ill be up. Weve won 5 straight when Ive started the game thread, so lets make it 6 lol. Ill edit the lineup in when it comes out.

Very confusing that Bruce is sitting against the RH pitching after he faced a LH one yesterday.

Why didnt Stubbs play CF last night with heisey in RF and Gomes in left.

Then today Bruce play RF Heseiy in CF and Nix in Left

Seems pretty counter productive right now dont you think?

Does Rolen really need a day off with tomorrow being an off day? it's a good thing we aren't in a pennant race or anything.

I woulda played Bruce for Gomes in the lineup...but Bruce is struggling so bad maybe he does need a day or 2 off.

Gomes has been every bit as bad as Bruce, but still I just wonder how much Baker really thinks some times.

Maybe hes just trying to give Bruce 2 days off back to back which I guess is ok, but you would think if Bruce is going as bad as he has been why the shoddy line up work.

True, Bruce may need that shrink from "The Natural" to come talk to him. Come to think of it the whole OF may need him.

52% of the time Janish hits in the 2nd spot when he bats
33% of the time he his 8th.

Which is it Dusty is Janish a bad hitter or is he a good hitter?
