I didnt think anything of it at the time because I didnt know about the incident last night, but I ate lunch at Nada this afternoon and Carpenter was there all by himself.

Okay, I said "a really good pitcher" after yesterday's game. I was willing to forgive his whiny nature with Ryan at the start of the game.

Nevermind.

Chris Carpenter is a *****.

Re: Chris Carpenter is......

Please don't call a baseball pitcher a warrior. That does a great disservice to those who are currently risking their lives as true warriors.

I'll give you the winner.

He is also a fantastic pitcher with a Cy Young (and he should have won last year too!)

Agreed. There are only a few warriors left today and they should be recognized. Someone making 15 million a year to play a kids game is not a warrior. I like Carpenter but he certainly shouldn't be in the same breath as the soldiers, firefighters, and police officers in this country.

Re: Chris Carpenter is......

How about Carpenter's comments after the game about Cueto? Just being more of a punk, "I got Cueto kicking me in the back.....I don't know where he learned to fight.."

He's putting Cueto's name out there just so he can get suspended.

Re: Chris Carpenter is......

enemy #1

Just when I thought I couldn't hate the guy anymore, he has to instigate the second part of the fight (of course he won't even get a slap on the wrist).
