NASCAR?
I noticed there isn't a NASCAR thread (or maybe I overlooked it). Any NASCAR fans here? Or racing in general? I'm a big fan of NASCAR and Dirt Late Model racing. Anybody else?

Threads about general NASCAR news don't generally generate a lot of replies around here. The only racing thread that generated a lot of interest was this controversial one, which started in February 2006 and was still getting replies late last year. So I guess the moral to the story is that we have a lot of people here who don't really have much interest in the sport, but will argue over it if given the chance.
 For what it's worth, I was close to it in the 1990s and spent some weekends in the garage/pit areas. Many (or even most) of the people I knew in the sport dropped out, retired, or otherwise faded from the scene, though, and my interest faded along with it. I am still a casual observer, but that's about it.

I enjoy NASCAR, cheer for my man Clint Bowyer. Can't wait for the first KY race next year.
