Newsman Edwin Newman dies at age 91
Another giant of journalism has passed on, Edwin Newman, long-time NBC newsman, but also a crusty grammarian.

One of my favorites. He always took his job seriously, but never too seriously. A true TV journalist. One of the last of a dying breed. RIP

Re: Newsman Edwin Newman dies at age 91
I remember him well on the nightly news and other news programs. He always reminded me of a crusty old profressor. He was very good at his profession and a credit to it. R.I.P Mr. Newman
