Well I told TRF we would give him some time to take care of himself and get better before we would replace him. I haven't heard any reply to my emails regarding his team so I think it is time to go ahead and find a replacement. His team has been neglected for about a month now. So if anyone knows anyone that would like to take over the team please contact me.

If anyone that is not currently in this league is reading this thread and would like to take over the team let me know ASAP. The team has finished 5th and 6th the last two years, so it is not a bad team at all. This is a dynasty league in its third season.

I hope TRF is feeling better and gets on a path to recovery soon. We wish you the best TRF!

Dan had a little help from me, thanks to an ill advised trade we made. If Nelson Cruz didn't get hurt right after I acquired him, I might have made a run at the top 3.

I think it "hurt" both of us to make that trade even though it improved both of our teams. You may think that it was ill advised but I think it was pretty fair. As far as whether Cruz could've been that difference for you, well the only time he missed after our trade was from 8/29-9/13. So, he gave you 88 abs out of roughly 130 possible and in those 88 ab he hit .284 with 14 runs, 4 homers, 12 rbi, and 3 sb. That's not bad for him. I don't think the 40 or so missing abs would've made THAT much of a difference.

You're probably right. It was hard to watch Pujols go on a tear seemingly right after I accepted the trade though.

Sorry I just now saw this. Yes you can make trades now even though the site is not up yet. Just have both owners email me the deal and I will make the changes when I input the rosters. FYI, the Yahoo fantasy baseball site will be open in early February, which is getting close now finally.
