Rumor is, there are ballparks that have cheering fans even when the scoreboard doesn't say "make some noise" or have clapping hands. Having only been to games in Cincinnati, Cleveland (where there is never reason to cheer), and Chicago (where Old Style or Bud Light is way more important than the game), I cannot say I have seen such a ballpark.

Told me I dont have permission to look at their flowchart. After listening to my wife talk about wanting babies lately, I am done with flowcharts anyways for awhile....
