Could Janish's ankle injury be worse than we thought and land him on the DL?
If he was healthy I would think he'd be starting. |

At what point will Paul Janish just slap Dusty. I mean really we have a black hole at SS when Edgar plays there and with a wounded Rolen at third our left side of the infield is a hitters paradise. Thanks Dusty....

We have plenty of worse options than Edgar... hitting .260 in slightly more than a month of limited playing time is not something to jump to conclusions about. Besides, he hasn't had nearly as many plate appearances as Janish this season.
