Per John Fay's twitter....Thompson will be sent out and Jeremy Horst will be called up for tomorrow night's game. Congrats to Jeremy and welcome to the show!

Looking forward to seeing him. We need another LHP, and his numbers at Louisville are pretty impressive. Anyone got a scouting report?
