Morgan Phillips (17th Round Pick)
Not sure of the protocol on threads for individual draft picks, but I'm fairly sure this article isn't supposed to go in the signing thread.
Just found this piece from the NY Post from June 9th about our 17th round pick. Interesting article about the kid's background and the decision he has to make. When he took St. Joseph's University pitcher Ryan Kemp (drafted in the 14th round by the Reds) yard in front of cross-checkers at a Reds showcase in Flemington, N.J., last week, the organization was smitten. http://m.nypost.com/p/sports/high_sc...N0lzhESMZkmuuM
