Part of the blame is on Stubbs for not doing what he has to do to get it together, part of the blame is on Baker for trying to force a square peg into a round hole. Stubbs is not and never will be a lead off hitter. He is a first pitch fastball hitter and the Reds have him so screwed up he doesn't know which way is up.
