Q and Cookie each hit a bomb in the first. 2-0 after one half of baseball .

If you're a real Reds fan you would pay attention no matter who is or not playing. That's usually what a "fan" means...

Yawn.... some guy behind a computer questioning my "fan" level.

By the way, a real fan tunes in even on off days. So I will be tuning in tomorrow.

I think by now I'm not just some random guy "behind a computer" throwing off on here. But think what you want to big boy.

I'll be a broken record, this team doesn't have the pitching to get them through the second half in first place. These guys have been challenged for quality starters with Matt Fairel gone all year and Jordan Hotchkiss being MIA most all season with injury issues.

Ok, I will let you get back to nicknaming the mudcats during play by play. Have a good one.

On another note, hopefully Wood can get back in a groove tonight for the Bats. Still have high hopes for him in the Reds future plans.

It's their own nick names, what people call them. I don't make up stuff.

Re: Sunday 7/24/11 Minor league Updates

James Aducci has stolen 12 bases this year for Tennessee, nine of which have come against Carolina. Brutal... Smokies up 5-2 in the bottom of the second and still batting.

Bottom of third, Tennessee up 6-2. McCulloch threw 50 pitches through the first two innings.

At the end of three innings the Smokies are up 7-2. McCulloch has thrown 68 pitches. The Smokies have 10 hits to Carolina's two. Both Mudcat hits are solo homers.

I don't understand not starting Soto with tomorrow off.
