PC audio question
I have attempted to hook my PC up to my AV receiver. I checked out how on a few sites, and here is what I did. The back of my PC has a single female connection for speakers, one for a mic, and what i think is line in. I used a shielded y adapter, and used audio cables to connect it to the receiver. It worked, but only on one side. I tried it in 2 imputs. I checked all the connections. My PC speakers work right, but I can't get this right. I was wondering if it is because of the limitations of the sound card of this somewhat inexpensive Dell PC. I am also wondering if this is safe for my receiver. Anyone have any advice?

Re: PC audio question
Thanks, man. I've been waiting for an answer. I can finally get off this computer now and take a shower.
Check out the date of the original post.

Re: PC audio question
