Rhadames Quezada
Another fine start tonight from Rhadames Quezada in Billings. 5 innings, 1 hit, 0 runs, 1 W, 4K. Now at 3.83 ERA, with 55 K's and only 12 W's in 49.1. Also with a nice 1.47 GO/AO. 21 year old that I haven't heard much about. What do we know about him? Looking pretty interesting to me.

Re: Rhadames Quezada
Billings nearly pulled off a third straight shutout, winning 4-1. The organization has been getting some awfully nice pitching lately.
When I ranked the starting pitchers at the end of last year, I had Quezada at No. 26, just ahead of Mitchell Clarke and Eliezer Beard and two spots behind J.C. Sulbaran. I had Stalin Gerson at 33. For what that's worth. An even nicer surprise might be Tim Crabbe. Also Clarke. While we're at it, anyone know what's become of Jesus Adames? |

Re: Rhadames Quezada
Isn't the California league a hitters league as well? I know that centerfield in Bakersfield is very short (350 ft if I can remember correctly).

Re: Rhadames Quezada
The Pioneer League and California League are among the best hitters leagues in the minors.
